Banana, Date & Walnut Smoothie

Full of healthy fats and high in fibre, this smoothie is a fantastic way to start the day or as a post workout drink!

 

 

What You’ll Need

2 Bananas

120g Chopped Dates

30g Sowan’s Walnuts

250ml of Low-Fat Milk

1 cup of ice can be added to created a cool icy texture

 

Making the Smoothie

1. Chill a glass in the freezer for 10 minutes

2. Add all the ingredients to a blender and run on high speed

3. Serve in a glass and top with banana slices and nuts if desired!
