High Fibre Energy Balls

Energy balls can be such a simple way to pack extra fibre and protein into your diet. With endless options for creating combinations depending on what flavours you want, These are perfect for bringing along for a hike or a post workout snack that doesn’t take up too much room!

Ingredients

200g Porridge Oats

70g Sowan’s Almond Butter

25g Chocolate Chips

25g Sowan’s Milled Golden Flaxseed

25g Pumpkin & Sunflower Seeds (

90g Honey

Making The Energy Balls

1. Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix until equally dispersed.

2. Add in the almond butter and honey. Using either your hand or a wooden spoon, mix together until everything is coated.

3. Take the desired amount for a ball into your hand, and roll together, compacting everything together. Repeat until the mix is all used up.

4. Chill in the fridge for a few hours!
