What you need:
100g Sowan’s Cashew Nuts
150g of Pitted Dates
15g Sowan’s Chia Seeds
Zest of 1 Lemon
Desiccated Coconut
What to do:
1. Blitz everything bar the coconut in a food processor
2. Roll into evenly sized balls & chill in the fridge for an hour
3. Roll in desiccated coconut and try not to eat all in one go!
